- Sign in to app.varman.io in the same browser first. The extension uses that session.
- Answers come from your organization's policies and knowledge base in Varman. If an answer is empty, add the missing policy or a manual answer, then try again.
- The extension detects questionnaire fields locally in your browser and sends nothing to Varman until you choose to generate answers. Details are in our privacy policy.
